We have made it home. Jane is doing well. Her pain level is low, just some aching at the surgery sites. Her “bluing” has reduced to just sky blue now :)
She has 4 incisions. On the right side one used to remove the tumor, and a second one to get at the sentinel lymph nodes. On the left side ,two to insert a “port” in preparation for accepting chemo.
She needs to take is easy, minimizing the use of her right side for the next 5 days.
